The Eagles wasted no time getting back on track, bouncing back from Tuesday's tough five-set loss to Governors State University with a commanding straight-set victory over Calumet College of St. Joseph Thursday night.
Judson controlled the match from the start, earning a 3-0 sweep (25-19, 25-20, 25-16) behind an efficient and balanced offensive attack. The Eagles hit .247 as a team while holding Calumet to just a .037 hitting percentage, showcasing a strong defensive response after the midweek setback .
Leading the way offensively was Mason Snodgrass, who delivered a match-high 13 kills while hitting .269. Oracio Martinez added six kills, while Jacob Smith was highly efficient with four kills on a .571 hitting percentage. Reece Thompson chipped in five kills as part of a well-rounded attack .
