Bio

Coach Katie Nolan joined the program at the start of the 2024-2025 season. Coach Katie brings years of experience as a former collegiate and professional player.

In addition to her coaching duties, Katie works with individuals focusing with mental performance and also specializes in player development with the Eagles’ post position players.

Prior to joining the Eagles staff, Katie played locally at Yorkville High School. After graduating, she attended Seton Hill University and played five seasons with the Griffins, where she was a team captain and first-team all-conference player.

Following her graduation from Seton Hill, she played professionally in the UK for two season as a member of the Newcastle Eagles.

Coach Katie has completed two master’s degrees in psychology and is currently finishing her certification to become a licensed sports psychologist (CMPC). By the end of the 2025-2026 season, the Judson Eagles women’s basketball program will be one of the few schools in the country, at any level, to have a certified sports psychologist on staff that works directly with one team.
