Elgin, IL     The Judson University Men's Basketball Team Dominated Saturday's game from the getgo as the Eagles took down Governors State 87-73. Judson took leads of 10-0 and 15-2 and withstood every comeback attempt by the Jaguars. 

Jack Keller scored a career-high 22 points on 7-13 shooting (5-8 from downtown) and was 3-4 from the free throw line. He also contributed with two rebounds and two assists. Anterrious Rhyan tied a Judson-best 21 points (11/9 vs. St. Ambrose) by going 7-10 from the field--with a trio of three-pointers-- and going a perfect 4-4 from the line. Rhyan added two rebounds and two assists. Isiah Burd scored 16 points, including a perfect 6-6 from the line, and had eight rebounds, seven assists, and two steals. Seth Gould had his best game in a Judson uniform by going a perfect 2-2 from the field (1-1 from outside) and adding seven rebounds, one assist, one steal, and a block. 

"Today we showed what we are capable of when we play solid defense and share the ball," said Head Coach Bruce Fields. "I was proud of the way we fought and played together as a team."

Judson faces Trinity Christian on Wednesday in Palos Heights.
