MIKE HARLAND '70
Judson's 1969-70 Male Athlete of the Year, Mike Harland was a four-year starter for the men's basketball program. Playing on some of the program's first teams, Harland was a pioneer in the building process of Judson basketball. He is one of just five players to have recorded 1,000 career points and 1,000 career rebounds. He averaged 12.4 points per game which led to 1,265 career points and he averaged 10.3 rebounds per game for a total of 1,048 career rebounds. On December 16, 1966, Harland grabbed 29 rebounds against Illinois Teacher North, a program single-game record. Harland also lettered in tennis while at Judson.
