Started and played in all 19 matches…helped Judson with five shutouts…recorded first collegiate assist vs. St. Francis (IN) on Sept. 10…had five assists on the season…in three straight games had one assist from Sept. 23-27 vs. St. Xavier, St. Ambrose, and Cardinal Stritch…other assist came against St. Francis (IL)…took five shots on the year with two on goal…finished with five points.

Graduated from Maine West High School in 2008…was a four-year letter winner for coach Flemming…two-time All-Conference selection…All-Sectional honorable mention team as a junior…given varsity newcomer of the year as a freshman…in freshman season, helped team to school record 15 wins…awarded the CSL Scholar-Athlete award as a senior…also participated in basketball, volleyball, and cross country…helped with Peer Mediators, Varsity Club, The Tribe, and P.E. Leaders…received the "Student of the Quarter" award for Family and Consumer Science, the social science award, and the gold medal for the FCCAL State Competition in story telling.

Played for the Lake Zurich Premier and the Green White Mount Prospect clubs…coached by Greg Muhr and Jose Flieta…won the AB division…played at the A level in the IWSL.

Daughter of Paul and Ruth Barthel…born on July 18, 1990…will major in physical education…lists several things as hobbies including playing sports, hanging out with friends, and shopping…loves to eat pizza and chicken tenders…is a fan of the Chicago Cubs and Fire…favorite sports movie is "Remember the Titans"…loves to vacation in Florida.
