Women's Tennis signs Michaela Pryde from Australia Women's Tennis - Wed, Feb. 3, 2016

Judson University announces the signing of Michaela Pryde to the 2016 Women's Tennis Team. Michaela comes to Judson with a number of years of competitive tennis experience. Michaela has played on local Junior Victorian Pennant Teams that have won the finals and was named captain of those teams for two years in a row. Michaela has also travelled to Queensland, Australia to participate in various junior tennis tournaments. Michaela is coached by former ATP Australian player - Aaron Leeder-Chard and feels he has made a significant impact on her game in the last few years. Michaela will be joining the team in the fall and will surely be an impact to the team lineup. 

Judson University signed Diana Romero from Ecuador to play for the Eagles in spring 2016. Romero will be an incoming freshman and joining the Eagles in January. Diana comes to Judson with a fairly extensive tennis history over the last 6 years and spending the last 2 years at the Suarez Tennis Club. Diana has played singles and doubles on the second National Championship Team for Ecuador and has a national ranking of No. 38 and a junior ranking of No. 2. Diana recently graduated from the UE Bilingue Particular Abdon Calderon. "She will be studying architecture at Judson and we are excited to see a player of her caliber joining the Eagles", says Coach Moment.
