Signing his first women's tennis player for 2012-13, Art Steuber announces that Marcilyn Rowan will play collegiate tennis at Judson University.  Rowan comes to Judson after playing for Jacobs High School.  Home schooled, Rowan played for Jacobs High School and helped them to two IHSA Sectional Championships.  She is a three-time IHSA state qualifier and an IHSA sectional runner-up.  She is the team captain and was the team MVP in 2010.
