One of Indiana's top scoring guards recently committed to joining the 2013 Judson Men's basketball recruiting class.  Tyler Jones, from Sheridan High School, is in the midst of a strong senior season and he will add some backcourt depth to the Eagles roster next fall.  Jones is currently averaging 25 points per game to go along with 5.3 assists per game.  He is shooting 48% on the year from 3pt. land. The Sheridan Blackhawks are off to a 3-0 start on the season.  

     Jones is a career member of the 1000 point club at Sheridan High School.  He currently has 1,221 career points.  He recently set the single game record for 3's in a game with 8 three-point field goals.  He holds the school record for career field goals which stands at 156 and counting.  He was an invitee to the Indiana Top 100 Underclassmen workout and also participated in the Indiana North/South All Star Game at the conclusion of his junior season.  

     Tyler's parents are Brian and Joni Jones.
