Assistant coach Tom Kendall begins his 14th season as women's basketball assistant coach at Judson. He has been a part of all six NAIA National Tournament teams, joining the team in 1995-96. He has brought a vast amount of strategies and basketball knowledge to help the program be so successful. His focus is on helping the team with its offensive strategies.

Kendall is no stranger to excellence when it comes to women's basketball programs. Soon after graduating from Southern Illinois University in 1975, he began his coaching career in 1980 at Pittsville High School. Before coming to Judson, Kendall coached at Hoffman Estates High School from 1986-94. In 1991, his team finished fourth at the state tournament.

Kendall and his wife Kathi reside in Wauconda, Illinois with their two sons, Michael and Matthew. He has been an English teacher at Hoffman Estates High School for 22 years.
