CHICAGO, Ill. - Taking on #7 St. Xavier University (6-0) on their home floor, Judson University (2-5) could not keep up with the nationally ranked team as they fell, 78-40. Judson had 30 turnovers in the loss and shot 30% from the floor.

Alicia Rovertoni was the only player in double figures as she had 13 points. Rachel McBride led Judson with seven rebounds.

Judson made their opening bucket for a 2-0 lead and then had a 4-3 lead in the first two minutes of the game. St. Xavier then kicked their offense into gear as they went on a 15-0 run over the next seven minutes for a commanding 14-point lead, 18-4. Judson did not recover as they were down 23 at the half, 37-14.

Hanging with St. Xavier in the rebounding column, Judson had 41 rebounds to the Cougars 49. St. Xavier forced 30 Judson turnovers and had 20 steals and scored 26 points from that. Judson finished shooting 30% from the floor, 26% from three-point range, and 50% from the stripe.

Judson is now off until December 5th when host Moody Bible Institute at 7:00 p.m.
