ELGIN, Ill. - Running in their final meet of the season, sophomores Rachael Dean and Kim Peek will participate in the 2009 NAIA National Cross Country Meet. The meet will take place in Oregon.

This will be the first NAIA meet for Peek and the second straight for Dean. Dean ran in last year's NAIA National Meet and finished 61^st out of 323 runners with a time of 18:42 in the 5K.

Both runners competed last weekend in the National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association National Meet in Ohio where Dean finished third and Peek 26^th. Dean ran an 18:39, her best time in a 5K, to finish as a NCCAA All-American. Peek had a time of 19:36.
