
ELGIN, Ill. - Getting another chance in post season, the Judson University women's soccer team will host Trinity International in a NCCAA (National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association) regional match on Wednesday, November 18th, at 1:30 p.m. This will be the third meeting this year against Trinity International with both games won by the Trojans, 1-0.
The winner of this match will advance to the NCCAA regional championship against Olivet Nazarene University on Saturday, November 21st, in Bourbonnais, Ill.
Judson has faced Trinity International in the CCAC Tournament in the first round six out of the last seven seasons including this year. The only season that Judson did not face them was in 2007 when Judson won the CCAC Tournament.
Judson is 0-10 in the post season against Trinity International since 2000. Trinity International won six in the CCACTournament and four in the NCCAA Regionals and NCCAA National Tournament. In 2006, the season that Judsonhas their only program win vs. Trinity International, Judson faced the Trojans four times - once regular season and three in the post season (CCAC Tournament, NCCAA Regionals, NCCAA National Tournament).
