
MISHAWAKA, Ind. - Turnovers were the difference in a close match up in Indiana as Marian College held onto an 82-70 win over Judson University (1-4). Judson had 29 turnovers in the loss to Marian's 16.
Josh Edwards led Judson with 24 points while Marious Lobdell had 17 points and Landon Skinner 13. Lobdell also led Judson in rebounding with five.
Marian College had a 10-point lead at the half, 38-28, as they shot 80% from the free throw line. In the second half, Judson scored 42 points but Marian had 44 for the 12-point win.
Marian College shot 43 free throws and made 34 for 79%. They finished shooting 38% from the floor and 30% from three-point range. Judson made 46% of their shots from the floor, 45% from three-point range, and 72% from the stripe. Judson also out rebounded Marian, 25-22.
Judson will travel to Indiana-Northwest on Tuesday, November 17th, for a 7:00 p.m. game.
