ELGIN, Ill. - Gaining the first volleyball award of the season, freshman Carissa Oelke (Oregon, IL/Oregon HS) was named the CCAC Player of the Week and the National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Player of the Week.

Oelke, who is fifth in the CCAC in kills, led Judson to a come-from-behind win over Trinity International. Down 0-2, Judson came storming back to win the match, 3-2, and move above .500 in the CCAC for the first time since 2004. She had a career high 26 kills and was just one dig short of a career-high with 19. It was her 10th double-double of the year.

Judson is now 7-23 on the year and 4-5 in the CCAC after two straight losses to St. Xavier (L, 3-2) and Illinois Tech (L, 3-0).
