Elgin, Ill. - By winning the 2007 regular season CCAC Championship, the Judson University men's soccer team receives a first-round bye and will now host the semi-final match. This will be the fourth year in a row that Judson has hosted a CCAC Tournament match.
Judson, with a 2-2 tie at Illinois Tech, won the CCAC Chamionship by one game over Trinity International, Olivet Nazarene, St. Xavier, and Trinity Christian. The win gives JU a bye and they will now face the winner of the Olivet Nazarene/Illinios Tech match. ONU is hosting IIT on Tuesday.
The winner of the JU vs. ONU/IIT match will advance to the CCAC Championship match to be hosted by the highest seed.
JU will start the match at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 27th, at Dawson Field on the campus of Judson University. There is no admission fee to the match.
