MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. - Evening their record out at 2-2 in the CCAC, Judson University took a 3-1 win over Purdue-North Central on the road in Indiana. Judson's two CCAC equal what they won last year and now are 5-16 on the year.

Judson took the first two games, 25-21, and 25-18, before dropping game three, 22-25. They then bounced back for the match win with a 25-14 win in game four.

Carly Campioni had 40 assists in the win and spread out the kills to Kiley Helgerson (10 kills) Courtney Martin (10 kills), Danielle Dull (9 kills), Karissa Groharing (7 kills), and Alesha Wymna (6 kills). Groharing also had eight combined blocks with six assists and two solo as Dull added six assist blocks. Deb Leganski finished with 24 digs while Tracey Enzenbacher had seven.

With two CCAC wins, Judson has a chance to match the three wins from the 2007 season. Judson won five matches in the 2005 season which was when they finished 5-4.

Judson will take a week off before they play again on October 13th in Wisconsin against Cardinal Stritch in CCAC play.
