DECATUR, Ill. - Competing against several NAIA and NCAA Division III programs, Judson University participated in the Milliken University Big Blue Fall Classic two-day tournament. Judson finished tied 16th (347-335=682) of 19 teams.
Judson improved their day two score by 12 shots to finish with a 682 and tied with Illinois College (344-338=682).
Overall, Judson was led by C.J. Kool who finished tied for 52nd with a total of 164 (82-82). Following him in a tie for 59th was Eric Suits (82-84=166) and then Zach Galloway in a tie for 79th (91-84=175). Galloway knocked off seven shots on day two to move up in the rankings.
Joe Caruso shot a 179 (94-85) but improved his game by nine strokes to finish in a tie for 82nd. Brad Talbot rounded out Judson's play in 89th with a 187 (92-95).
Judson will finish their fall schedule on Saturday, October 10th, in the Lewis University Tournament.
