CHICAGO, Ill. - With just seconds left in the match, Aquinas College slipped one by Judson University (2-1-1) to take the match, 1-0, at St. Xavier University. The goal came with just 30 seconds left in the match and a big cluster in the box.

The goal is being looked into as either an own goal by Judson or an Aquinas goal that went off of a Judson defender.

Mackezie Fowler (Crosby, TX/Crosby HS) had eight saves in the match. Judson out played Aquinas taking 10 more shots, 22-12. Christina Thornton (Algonquin, IL/Dundee-Crown HS) had five shots followed by Kaylee O'Brien's (Lake in the Hills, IL/Huntley HS) four and Lynsey McFarland (Scotland), Kamila Marchi (Brazil) and Ashley Williams (Lake in the Hills, IL/Huntley HS) each had three.

Each team took 10 shots in the first half but Judson outshot Aquinas, 12-2, in the second half. One of the two shots by Aquinas was for the winning goal.

Judson will host Notre Dame College from Ohio on Saturday, September 12^th, at 3:00 p.m.
