ONU 3, JU 0 - Box

Bourbonnais, Ill. - Taking on the top CCAC team, the Judson University volleyball team (10-18) fell to Olivet Nazarene, 3-0.  ONU won 30-16, 30-20, and 30-22.

Senior Kym Gagnon led the Eagles with nine kills while sophomore Debra Leganski had eight kills and 14 digs.  Freshman Carly Campioni recorded 18 assists. 

 

JU gave ONU a run in game three in a 30-22 loss.  JU was down 8-4 and scored the next four points to tie the game at eight.  JU then took a 9-8 lead but ONU scored the next 11 points for a 19-9 lead.  The Eagles fought back to 27-18 but then fell, 30-22.

 

Judson will host the NCCAA Regional Championship on Saturday, October 20th, vs. Bethel College at 2:00 p.m.  The winner will advance to the NCCAA Nationals.
