ELGIN, Ill. - Improving the Judson University softball program, head coach Becky Stenning has announced the signing of Allison Catlett from Lincoln, Nebraska. Catlett helped Lincoln Southwest to a state championship.

Catlett will bring a slew of championship experience to Judson as Lincoln Southwest won the 2008 Nebraska State Championship and were runners-up in 2007. Lincoln Southwest also won their conference championship in 2006 and 2008 and was City Champions and District Champions in 2008.

The four-year letter winner is an All-State selection for the second team and was all-Super State second team. She holds the school's record for RBI in as season with 35 and was the defensive player of the year for her team.

Academically, she is on the honor roll, earned an academic letter, and is academic all-Conference and all-State. She also participates in campus life.

She is the daughter of John and Danelle Catlett and will major in architecture.
