ELGIN, IL. - Adding two new members to the cheerleading and poms squad at Judson University, Amy Cook has signed both Stephanie Adams and Megan Feigen for the 2009 season.

Adams, who is transferring in from College of DuPage, is from Westmont, Illinois. She was a member of the cheerleading squad at Gardner S. Wilmington High School while also playing soccer. She was a part of the National Honor Society, Business Club, and theater. She has also received awards in geography, algebra, geometry, and science in high school. At the College of DuPage, she was a member of the honor roll.

She is the daughter of Kenneth and Kristen Adams and will major in interior design.

A member of the poms team at Conant High School, Feigen helped her team to many competition awards for poms. She is a member of the drama club, choir, musical, art, and class council. She is an Illinois State Scholar, in the National Art Honor Society, Conant Academic awards, and the Spanish Honor Society.

She is the daughter of Dough and Jenna Feigen and is undecided in her major.

Judson University is adding cheerleading and poms for the 2009-10 athletic year…Judson has hired Amy Cook as the head coach for both programs…Cook has been dancing professionally for 12 years in the area and has worked with many choreographers such as Harrison McEldowney, Nana Shineflug, Greg Begley, Kenny Ingram, Jay Franke, and Wilfredo Rivera. She has danced with such companies as Cerque Rivera Art Experience and Chicago Arts Project.
