ROMEOVILLE, IL. - Dropping a non-conference series against NCAA DIvison II Lewis University (33-16), Judson fell, 5-2, and 11-2. Judson is now 23-24 on the year and needs two wins to break the season win record of 24.

Game 1
Judson scored one run in the top of the first inning when Lizzy Jacobson singled home Concetta Lampugnano. That is all the scoring Judson did until the seventh inning when they were down 5-1. Lewis University scored four runs in the second inning and then added one in the third to take the 5-1 lead. In the seventh inning, Danielle Curylo scored on a Krsitin Krueger single for the second run.
 

Lampugnano went 2-of-4 and Nicole Dimiceli was 2-of-3 for Judson. Viriginia McAndrews took the loss going three innings and giving up five runs in which one was earned. She only had one strikeout. Victoria Perez went the final three innings and did not give up any runs while striking out two.

Game 2
The offense was not there for Judson in game two as Lewis won, 11-2. Lewis scored seven runs combined in the first two innings. Judson then cut the lead to five, 7-2, with two runs in the top of the fifth only to see Lewis end the game with four runs in the bottom of the fifth inning.
 

Lampugnano and Dimiceli both went 2-of-3 and Jacobson had two RBI.

Judson is now off until the CCAC Tournament starting on April 27th.
