ELGIN, IL. - Already earning several awards in his first year at Judson, freshman Landon Skinner (Plano, TX) was named to the NAIA All-American honorable mention team.  This is the second year in a row that a Judson men's basketball player has been named to a NAIA All-American team and he is also only the fifth player from Judson to be named to a NAIA All-American team. 
 
He was one of only two players from the CCAC to be named NAIA All-American as Trintiy Christian's Kurt Gruppen was on the third team.
 
Skinner was named the CCAC Freshman of the Year earlier this month along with bein on the all-CCAC First-Team.  He led the CCAC in scoring for most of the season and finished in third with a 19.1 average. He also finished third in assists (3.4) and steals (1.7). Overall, he was in the top 10 in eight different categories for the CCAC. For the season, he earned three CCAC Player of the Week awards.  He finished the season with 591 total points and 114 assists.
