ORMOND BEACH, FL. - In their final game of the Ormond Beach Collegiate Classic, Judson University pushed #22 Ohio Dominican to their limits but fell short, 7-5. Judson had the lead over Ohio Dominican through four innings but two runs in the seventh inning was the difference.

Bret Ehrlich led Judson going 3-of-4 with a double. Tim Victor, Mike Krueger and Zach Williams each had two hits with Williams and Krueger each posting a double. Matt McHenry had a triple in the game that brought one of the five runs home.

Heath Groves received the start and went five innings giving up four runs on 10 hits with one strikeout. Josh Banks pitched the sixth inning and had one strikeout. Jason Egli followed in the seventh and gave up two runs for the loss. Phillip Stewart finished the game in the eighth and ninth innings for Judson.

Judson will now host Wheaton College in their first home game on Tuesday, March 17^th, at 1:00 p.m.
