ELGIN, IL - Becoming the first Judson women's soccer player to be named an All-American three consecutive years is junior Christina Thornton (Algonquin, IL). Thornton was named to the NAIA All-American honorable mention team for the third straight season.

Thornton, one of five CCAC players to be selected, finished the season with 20 goals, three assists, and 43 points. She became Judson's all-time goals leader with 59 goals and is tied with Leslie Ferguson as Judson's all-time point's leader at 137.

This year, she was also voted onto the All-CCAC first-team for the third year in a row. She was named the CCAC Player of the Week and NCCAA National Player of the Week, once, too.
