ST. PAUL, MN - Advancing to the Northwestern College Tournament Championship game, Judson University (4-2) came from 13-points down for a 74-40 win over NCAA Division III Wisconsin-River Falls. Judson was down 13-points with 14 minutes to go in the game before mounting a comeback.
Freshman Landon Skinner (Plano, TX) had 28 points in the win and went 9-of-11 from the free throw line. Freshman Ryan Shelton (Loves Park, IL) added 12 points with a 6-of-8 performance at the line.
With 14:32 to go in the game, Judson was down by 13, 50-37, before making a run to win by four. Judson shot 44% overall in the game and made 78% of their shots. They held Wisconsin-River Falls to just 30% shooting from the floor.
Judson will now take on host Northwestern College at 7:00 p.m.on Saturday, November 22nd. As of right now, the game will be video streamed through Northwestern College.
