Deerfield, IL.- In the first round of the CCAC women's soccer tournament, Judson University (7-11-1) fell to #24 Trinity International University (13-3-1), 2-0. Judson will now wait to see their placing in the NCCAA North Central Regional Tournament.

"We were two different teams today," says head coach Diego Cevallos. "In the first half Trinity was all over us and picked up both of their goals but in the second half we were a new team and played with them."

Judson had a chance in the second half to cut the lead to one when Christina Thornton (Algonquin, IL) had a one-on-one with Trinity International's goalie but the shot went wide.

Judson is currently 7-11-1 on the 2008 season and was the #7 seed in the CCAC Tournament.
