Wheaton 3, Judson 0 - Box

Elmhurst, IL- The Judson University volleyball team played four hard matches at the Elmhurst College Tournament going 1-3 for the weekend. Danielle Dull (Waupun, WI) led Judson with 45 kills with five blocks and 10 digs for the weekend.

During day one of the tournament Judson fell to Elmhurst 0-3 (19-25, 16-25, 18-25) with Leganski leading with six kills and 24 digs. Campioni also had 21 assists and three kills with eight digs. Judson also faced St. Norbert College falling 0-3 (12-25, 21-25, 20-25). Dull led with 10 kills, dour digs and two blocks.

In day two of action Judson beat North Central 3-1 (25-18, 20-25, 25-21, 25-20) in the second day of tournament play. Debra Leganski (Elgin, IL) led the team with 19 kills, two serving aces, one block and 20 digs. Kiley Helgerson (Inverness, IL) bested her previous career best from earlier this week with 12 kills and 21 digs. Rounding out the kills leaders, Dull contributed 11 kills with three digs and one block. Carly Campioni (Crystal Lake, IL) took responsibility for all assists contributed with 42 and 12 digs.

Also in day two Judson fell to Wheaton College 0-3 (21-25, 20-25, 24-26). Dull led with 14 kills, four digs and one block. Campioni had 27 assists and 14 digs with one block. Eleanor Walter (Albuquerque, NM) also had eight kills, one dig and two blocks.

Judson resumes action at Trinity International on October 28^th.
