Olivet Nazarene 1, Judson 0 - Box l Season Stats

Elgin, IL - Olivet Nazarene (9-3-4/4-3-1) scored quickly in the ninth minute of the match to give them the 1-0 win over Judson University (10-5/4-3). Olivet Nazarene then went on the defense and only allowed four Judson shots with just one on goal the entire match.

Leading off the game for Olivet Nazarene, Chris Walker deflected a pass from Josh Ayers off of Judson goalie Alex Tyton's (Elgin, IL) gloves for a goal in the ninth minute. Judson's lone shot came in the 22nd minute by Jimmy Romano (Streamwood, IL) but was saved by the Tigers' Matt Walker. Things only became tougher for Judson after that as in the 23rd minute Judson lost a player due to two yellow cards.

Judson only took three more shots after the 22nd minute, one in the first half and two in the second. It was a very physical match as 40 fouls were called and 10 yellow cards handed out.
