With the win, Steve Burke now has 436 wins and needs just two more wins to break the NAIA record for career wins. Bethel College was also win #200 for Burke in November 1995.

Stewart Sogge (Elgin, IL) scored his first collegiate goal at Judson in the eighth minute to make it 1-0 when he tapped in a rebound save from Bethel's goalie. Just 10 minutes later, Bajic netted his first goal of the match in the 19th minute when Gustavo Oliveira (Brazil) found Bajic on the far sideline. Bajic broke free and then sailed in the goal from the top of the box. Judson out shot Bethel in the first half, seven to three.

Despite being outshot in the second half by Bethel, eight to three, Judson scored two goals to make it 4-0. Bajic recorded his second goal of the game in the 54th minute when he put in a shot off of Oliveria's corner kick. He then collected the hat trick in the 61st minute when brother Petar Bajic (Serbia) found him at the top of the box as he chipped it over the goalie for a four goal lead.

Bethel College outshot Judson, 13-10, and also had 10 fouls to Judson's nine. Judson's Alex Tyton picked up this third shutout of the year with nine saves. Bethel's Scott Terry had four saves.

Judson will now travel to Palos Heights, IL, on Wednesday, October 1st, to take on Trinity Christian College in CCAC play at 7:00 p.m.
