Chicago, IL - In the second day of the North Park University Volleyball Tournament, Judson University (1-9) fell to both NCAA Division III teams North Park (11-2) and Illinois College (8-1). North Park won in three games (25-20, 25-16, 25-22) while it took four games for Illinois College (19-25, 25-15, 30-28, 25-19).
 

Danielle Dull (Waupan, WI) led Judson with 26 kills in combined in two matches and recorded 21 digs. She had 13 kills in each match and 11 digs vs. Illinois College. Debra Leganski (Elgin, IL) combined for 37 digs with 24 vs. Illinois College. Kiley Helgerson had 48 assists with 31 vs. Illinois College.

Judson won game one vs. Illinois College, 25-19, but then dropped the next three. They took game three to the edge, losing by two, 30-28, and almost pulled off a win in game four but fell, 25-19.

North Park won the match in three games in the second match of the day. Judson was up 15-5 in game one but let the Vikings back in for the win, 25-20. Judson then fell in the next two matches with game three being very close, 25-22.

Judson will host Olivet Nazarene University on Tuesday, September 16th, at 7:00 p.m. in CCAC play at the Lindner Fitness Center.
