Judson looked to rebound Saturday after falling late to St. Ambrose earlier in the week. The prospects of beating Holy Cross were doubtful after the Saints scored on a free kick in the first half to take a 1-0 lead. Judson was three minutes away from being shutout, but Bruno Haianon (SO/San Paulo, Brazil) scored off assists from Pedro Rodrigues (SO/Rio de Janerio, Brazil) and Matt Jernee to tie the game at one.

The score stayed the same until double-overtime when Haianon scored off another Rodrigues pass to give Judson the 2-1 victory. Haianon now has a team-leading 18 goals after his effort Saturday.

Adrian Padilla (SR/Tepatitlan, Jalisco, Mexico) kept the Eagles in the game by making three saves in 114 minutes to earn the victory for the Eagles. Judson improves to 10-3 overall and 4-2 in conference with the win. The Eagles enjoy a week off before facing St. Francis next Saturday in Joliet at 3:30 p.m.
