ELGIN, Ill. - - - Judson University is excited to announce singer John Vincent to perform the National Anthem at Judson University on April 26th. Vincent will perform the National Anthem at Hoffer Field before the Eagles' baseball game against Purdue University Northwest. The Anthem will be set to begin before the first pitch at 3:55pm.

Vincent might be know best for his National Anthem performances during the Chicago Cubs World Series Championship run. In 2003, members of the Chicago Cubs front office heard his performances and asked him if he wanted to sing the Anthem at Wrigley Field. The rest is history as he quickly became a Chicago favorite and his memorable performances during the 2016 NLCS and game four of the 2016 World Series. The local talent got his start at Ditka's in downtown Chicago after sending out a demo and has since then been a regular performer at the House of Blues. Vincent has also been able to perform the National Anthem for the Green Bay Packers, the Chicago White Sox, and the Chicago Bulls.

We are excited to have John Vincent's singing talents come to Judson, so be sure to come out for the special performance and to cheer on the baseball team April 26th!
