Elgin, Ill. – Heading to their first-ever NAIA Region VII tournament, Judson University will face the top seed from the Midwest Collegiate Conference in St. Ambrose University. The two teams will play at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6th, in Joliet, Illinois, at Silver Cross Field.
 

No other information has been released at this time for other playing times and brackets.

Judson comes into the NAIA Regional Tournament with an 18-23 record and went 3-1 in the CCAC Tournament to claim the at-large bid. The CCAC Tournament faces the #3 through #6 teams in the CCAC as they play for the at-large bid in the NAIA Region VII Tournament. Judson claimed their first-ever CCAC Tournament Championship with a 12-11 win over Purdue-North Central in the elimination game.

St. Ambrose is currently 31-10 with five of their 10 losses coming to CCAC teams. The University of St. Francis defeated SAU three times and St. Xavier swept SAU in their only meeting. SAU is currently on a nine-game winning streak with their last loss coming to St. Francis on April 17th in Joliet.

All the games will be played at the Silver Cross Field which is located at One Mayor Art Schultz Dr. in Joliet (right off Jefferson St. in the downtown area).
