JACKSON, Miss. - - - The Men's Cross Country team finished a record season at the 44th Annual Men's National Christian College Athletic Association National Championships last Saturday in Jackson, Mississippi on the Choctaw Trails XC course. Judson competed against 17 other Div. I NCCAA affiliated schools and place 9th overall.

 

The men's team has competed in five of the last seven NCCAA National Championship races and the Eagles tallied their third best finish last Saturday. The only other two finishes including an eighth place finish in 2015 and a seventh place finish in 2011.  

 

Robert Bruns led the Eagles with a 33rd place overall finish with a 8K time of 27:21. Joseph Siporski and Daryle Worley rounded out the three top 50 finishes by Judson with 36th and 40th place respectively. Caleb Fletcher would finish 69th overall with a time of 28:31 and Matthew Mallary was the last top five finisher with a time of 28:32 good for 71st place. The team finished with a time of 2:19:24.
