Elgin, Ill. – Making the CCAC baseball tournament, Judson received the #3 seed with a final record of 12-8. Judson will face #2 seed Olivet Nazarene University on Thursday, May 1st, at 10:00 a.m. in Michigan City, Ind.
This is the third CCAC Tournament in four years for Judson but the first under Rich Benjamin. Judson tied the school record for CCAC wins in a season with 12 and swept two series. They also gave #14 St. Francis their first CCAC loss of the year and also defeated St. Xavier for the first-time, ever, in the history of the program.
If Judson defeats ONU, they will take on the winner of the Purdue-North Central vs. Trinity Christian game on Friday afternoon.
Judson is 15-22 overall and tied a school record for consecutive wins this season with nine, also.
