ELGIN, Ill. -- Brianna Tennyson (SR/Pleasant Prairie, WI) continues to add to her already impressive career as she broke another Judson softball record in Tuesday's double-header against Purdue-North Central. Tennyson first tied the single season wins record (19) in game one with a 1-0 win and then set the single-season wins record as she recorded her 20th win this season with a game two, 9-0 decision. Tennyson is now 21-11 overall and will continue to add to this already impressive pitching record.

To no surprise, Tennyson broke her own record last Tuesday as she tied her single season wins record set in 2015 totaling 19 wins. Sarah Boyer is the only other Eagle to hold this record in which she accomplished that feat in 2012 and 2013. Not only was the game two win Tennyson's record breaker, but also a recorded no-hitter in the five inning, 9-0 win.

Among other records, Tennyson has far surpassed her single season strike-out record from 2013 (162) totaling 204 through 39 appearances and has totaled 228.1 innings pitched that shatters Kristi Lotz's single season record of 192 innings pitched back in 2005. Overall, Tennyson broke the career wins record earlier this season, now with 68 career wins, and has now totaled 714.2 career innings pitched. Tennyson is now chasing the last record standing before the season is over. If Tennyson gets 32 more strike-outs she will tie the all-time strike-out record and hold the number one spot in all pitching categories.
