Bristol, WI (Friday, Sept. 4th) Bristol Oaks Golf Course Carthage Tournament -

 

The women's golf team opened their inaugural season after being reinstated for 2015. Judson competed at the Bristol Oaks Golf Course Carthage Tournament that took place both Friday and Saturday.

 

The Eagles finished 16th after two days of competition and had many highlights from the weekend. Mabrianne Pryer (FR/North Aurora, IL) started off her collegiate career with a great outing posting the team's lowest score of 179 and placing 79th overall. Pryer shot well all weekend totaling 7 pars, 12 bogeys, and 9 "one-putts". Mecca Morrison (SR/Bettendorf, IA) totaled the teams lowest round of putts (33) on Saturday and just beat out Pryer who had 34 on Friday. Hailey Provo (FR/Bolingbrook, IL) as highlighted a par-5 hole (459yds) in which she birdied. Every golfer did their part including fighting back in day two to shave 22 strokes off on Saturday (396) from Friday's total of 418.

 

Judson is back in action on Friday, September 11th as they compete at the NCCAA North Central Regional in South Bend, IN.
