Tucson, Ariz. – Starting off the season 4-1, the Judson University softball team swept all three games on day two of the Tucson Invitational and knocked off a top 20 NAIA team. It is the first time in the Becky Bruns era that her team has won three games in one day and is the best start, too.

Judson came away with wins over NCAA Division III teams Calvin College and Hendrix College and NAIA #20 McKendree College. Judson has now won four of their last five games.

“Today was a total team effort in all three wins,” says head coach Becky Bruns. “These were nice wins for us and I am so proud of our team and how they played.”
