Judson 63, IU-Kokomo-Box

 

Elgin, Ill.- The Judson men's basketball team opened up their season on Saturday afternoon against Indiana University-Kokomo. Judson couldn't really find any rhythm with their biggest lead only being 1 point.  The first half Judson struggled offensively. Judson went into half time down 21-31.  In the second half, the Eagles came out fired up and out scored Kokomo 42-39 but it wasn't enough to make up from the slow start. Judson lost the game 63-70

 

The Eagles were lead by Jason Roy who had a game high 17 points. He also had 8 rebounds.  Bob McCarthy had 9 assist leading Judson on the attack.  In his first college game, Turner Schwarz had 10 points and 4 rebounds.

 

Judson is now 0-1.

 

The Eagles will play next on November 2 at the Trinity International University Classic against Mount Mercy.
