Judson 4, Stritch 0- Box
Milwaukee, Wis.- On Saturday night, the Judson University women's soccer team continued their successful season with a 4-0 shut out victory over Cardinal Stritch University. Judson scored first and never looked back commanding the game, out shooting the Wolves 16 to 6 in the game.
Scoring for Judson was #20 Jenna Steffensen in the 20th minute, scoring an unassisted goal. In the 23rd minute, #2 Angela Bianchi scored Judson's second goal, giving her 18 goals on the year. It puts her tied for 7th on the Judson's single season goals leader board. The goal also gives Bianchi 50 points on the year, putting her at sole possession of 2nd on the single season points leaderboard. Scoring for a second time in the match, Steffensen scored in the 49th minute. Finishing off the scoring for Judson, #1 Jordan Rossi scored in the 68th minute pushing the Eagles past the Wolves.
Sara Hoffman recorded yet another shutout on the season giving her 10 on the season. Hoffman also came up with 5 saves in the game giving Judson another conference win.
The Lady Eagles are now 13-3 overall and 7-2 in conference.
The Lady Eagles will play next on October 24th at Judson for Senior Day against Trinity Christian College at 3:00 p.m.
