Judson 1, Roosevelt 3- Box

 

Chicago, Ill.- On Tuesday night the Roosevelt Lakers were too much for the Judson Lady Eagles volleyball team. Judson lost the match in four games (21-25, 25-22, 21-25, 19-25). The Lady Eagles just could not find the right mix on offense with 10 attacking errors in the match.

 

In the match Judson played well on defense producing 76 total digs, 1 solo blocks, and 8 assisted blocks.  Isadora Borerro had 3 assisted blocks leading Judson on defense. Taylor Lesner came up with 18 digs while Kirsten Kohlstedt and Carissa Oelke dug 16 each. Kohlstedt and Oelke produce double doubles in the game, Kohlstedt with 29 assists and Oelke with 18 kills.

 

Judson is now 15-13 overall and 6-6 in conference.

 

The Lady Eagles will play next on October 19th at the Clarke University Tournament vs. Purdue- North Central at 4:00 p.m.
