Judson 3, Calumet 0- Box

 

Schererville, Ind.- The Judson University Women's soccer team command in their conference game vs. Calumet College St. Joe winning 3-0. The Lady Eagles took control from the beginning of the game getting their first goal within the first 5 minutes of the game and never looked back.

 

 Judson's first goal came early in the game when Jamie Kats and Priscilla Jara found Jenna Steffensen putting Judson up 1-0.  Then in the 21st minute, Kats connected with Jordan Rossi to put Judson up 2-0. Finally, adding insurance, Kaylee, O'Brien, put Judson up 3-0 with her unassisted goal.

 

 On defense, Judson only allowed 1 shot in the entire 90 minutes of play. The lone Calumet shot came late in the second half and was a wide shot. Sara Hoffman recorded her 8th shutout of the year.

 

 Judson is now 10-3 overall and 4-2 in conference.  

 

The Lady Eagles will play next on October 13th at Noon at Judson vs. the University of St. Francis
