Rock Island, Ill.-  The men's and women's cross country teams were at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational on Friday September 21^st. The men placed 22^nd out of 34 teams. The women faired a little better placing 15^th out of 32 teams.

In the men's race, Nate Nevius led the Eagles with a 44^th place finish with a time of 26:28. Nate was followed by Tim Ciochon (119^th place, 28:02), Zach Eliason (133^rd place, 28:22), Lukasz Kierys (155^th place, 28:54) and Mitch Mallary (172^nd place, 29:28).

In the women's race, Meghan Gard led the way placing 25^th for the women with a time of 23:24 in the 6k race. Meghan was followed by Sarah Miller (51^st place, 23:56), Gabby Marcelain (64^th place, 24:16), Justine McDowell (155^th place, 26:38) and Morgan Kimball (169^th place, 27:24).

The men and women will next play on October 6^th at Wisconsin Lutheran at 10 a.m.
