NAIA Women's Soccer Pre-Season Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Picking up where they left off in 2011, the Judson University women's soccer team is ranked #14 in the 2012 NAIA pre-season women's soccer poll.  Judson is coming off their finest season in the history of the program with 16 wins, their first-ever CCAC regular season championship, and an appearance in the NAIA Opening Round.

Judson's #14 ranking is the first pre-season ranking they have received for the program.  In 2011, they received their first-ever national ranking and was in the top 25 seven weeks.

There will be a tough task ahead of the them in the CCAC as four teams are ranked starting with CCAC regular season and tournament champion Olivet Nazarene University at #8.  After Judson's #14 ranking, Trinity Christian is tied for 16th and Robert Morris is 19th.  The four teams with national rankings leads all of the NAIA.

Judson starts their 2012 season on Monday, August 20th, vs. the University of Saint Francis (Ind.) at 3:00 p.m. at Dawson Field.
