ELGIN, Ill. – Judson University had an early 1-0 lead in the first minute of the game against #14 Hope College but that is as much of a lead they would have against the storied program falling, 21-4.  Judson is now 7-5 overall and is guaranteed a winning season in their second year of the program with one match left.


Judson was only down 6-1 after the first period but Hope's offense came alive in the second period with seven goals for a 13-2 advantage.  Judson evened the play in the third period as Hope only had three goals to Judson's two to make it 16-4.  Hope then added five more goals in the fourth period for the 21-4 victory. 


Jacob Ettelbrick netted three of Judson's four goals while Josh Elmore had the fourth.  Tim Casson and Jeff Acton each had an assist in the game while Jeff Lee produced 10 ground balls.


Judson will play their final match on Friday, April 27thvs. Missouri Baptist at home at 5:00 p.m.
