JOLIET, Ill. – Remaining unbeaten in the CCAC with a hard fought, 5-4, win over the University of St. Francis, the Judson University men's tennis team is now 2-0 in the CCAC.  Judson opened the match with a 2-1 lead after doubles and then took three of the six matches in singles for the win.  Judson is now 7-10 overall.


Tyler Adland and Andrew Moment teamed up for the first point of the match in #2 doubles with an 8-6 win over Eddie Semik and Diego Mogrovejo.  Adam Westhauser and Jeff Splinter followed in doubles at the #3 match, 8-5, over Chad Randall and Zach Mullady.  

The momentum continued over into singles play as Westhauser took the #5 singles match, 6-2, 7-5, over Semik.  Adland earned the fourth point with a 6-4, 6-4, win at #3 singles over Mogrovejo.  Moment rounded out the fifth point with a 6-1, 6-0 win in #6 singles over Ross McCallister.


Judson is now tied with Olivet Nazarene at the top of the CCAC at 2-0.
