ELGIN, Ill. – Earning their sixth win of the year in the morning over Roosevelt University, 9-0, and then falling to Calvin College in Wheaton, Ill., Judson is 6-10 on the year and 1-0 in the CCAC. Judson won at home early in the morning with strong play from all their players and then won three matches vs. Calvin.
Judson 9, Roosevelt 0
Starting off the early morning with three straight doubles wins, Judson took a quick 3-0 lead in the match. John Mittvick and Reilly Good teamed up for 8-0 win at #1 doubles followed by an 8-0 shutout win by Andrew Moment and Tyler Adland at #2 doubles. Adam Westhauser and Jeff Splinter took the default win at #3 doubles.
In singles play, Judson blew through the six matches for the 9-0 win. Westhauser won the #1 singles, 6-3, 6-1 while Jared Williams took #2 singles, 6-1, 6-0. Jesse Perez won #3 singles, 6-1, 6-2, and Michael Gaffney took the #3 singles, 6-0, 6-1. Joel Aurand shutout his opponent in #5 singles, 6-0, 6-0, and Kyle Price took the default win at #6 for the ninth point.

Judson took two singles matches and one doubles match for their three points vs. NCAA Division III Calvin College. Mittvick won #1 singles in three sets, 7-6, 6-7, 10-5, while Westhauser fought for the #5 singles win, 3-6, 6-1, 10-5. In doubles play Mittvick and Good won their #1 match, 8-4.
