ELGIN, Ill. - In their final home lacrosse match of the year, Judson University pushed Wheaton College to the edge but fell short, 13-10. Wheaton is the top team in the GRLC Division II conference that Judson is associated with.

Judson fought hard in the first half as they were only down, 7-6, at the half as Wheaton College scored just before the half ended. In the second half, Judson never took the lead but was within one for most of the third and fourth periods. Judson scored with just under two minutes left to play to come within two, 12-10, before Wheaton finished off the scoring.

Judson is now 1-7 on the year and will finish out their first season this weekend playing NCAA Division I Oakland University and Butler University.
