GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Shutting out their fourth opponent this season, Judson University scored twice in a 2-0 victory over Aquinas College in women's soccer. Judson is now 3-6-3 on the year.

Sara Hoffman stopped four shots for her third shutout of the year. She had three great saves in the second half to keep the shutout.

Judson did all the scoring in the first half with both goals. Only three minutes into the match, Kelly Creager placed the ball in the net on an assist from Kaylee O'Brien. In the 42^nd minute, Kristin Rukhaberlen, who just had come into the match, chipped in the ball to the left side of the net from five yards out to make it 2-0.

Aquinas poured on seven shots to Judson's one in the second half but could not get a shot by Hoffman.

Judson will travel to Cardinal Stritch for a CCAC match on Saturday, October 16^th, in Wisconsin at 1:00 p.m.
